title gives good info
Product does what it is suppose to do
The boxes that I got would never be put in a store to sell.
Product not hurt but boxes were crushed like a big box had been put on top of both boxes.

If I am still around when this new Mr Coffee Iced Tea Maker does not work, I hope to find another one just like it, it makes great tea
I received my Iced Tea Maker in the sealed box with a little wear on the box as shown when I bought it, opened the box carefully to be sure Tea Maker was in good shape. I took parts out of box and looked them over very closely and did not find any problem. I washed all the parts as instructions said do, dried them, put my coffee filter in tea bag holder, put tea bags in place, put water in, put my sweetener in pitcher, put tea bag holder in place and turn it on. I did not time Tea Maker but when I head it stop making little sound I did go check on it, all the water was in pitcher so I refilled it and turned it on again. In just a few minutes the Tea Maker stop making a little sound so I did go check on it. All the water was in the pitcher, so I poured the tea in a gallon container then filled gallon container with water, put gallon container in ice box so tea would be cooled off when I was ready for a glass of tea. When I was ready to eat diner I had my a glass of tea and it was great.
