Just my opinion
1 of 1 found this helpful It very good product. It's an amber orange color which is the correct color to be without any hexane or harmful chemicals. I only take 3 - 20 drops a day because I'm a light weight and if I take to much I get cramps in my stomach esp especially after I ate something fattening and unhealthy. Once u start taking this your body will want to get healthy again and if you aren't aboard it retaliate. That's why I go nice n slo because I can't just give up my captain crunch right away, also be very careful with this product or any black seed oil if you are on hormone replacement therapy. The two don't mesh well . Start off with a very small dose like less than half of teaspoon or even smaller and see how your digestive system react. God Bless
