Purchased a SUPPOSEDLY new unopened Windows 10 Pro USB, box was sealed in shrink wrap plastic as if unopened but the Microsoft seal on the USB drive was torn in half. No way this was an unused item. Also it would not work kept getting an error “The file ‘autorun.dll’ could not be loaded or is corrupt. Setup cannot continue. Error code is [0xC1]. There could have been malware installed on this USB drive. Glad I was in a situation where I could fully reformat the drive.
