Brand New Gretsch Bigsby B6G Vibrato Tailpiece in Gold for 6120 Gent and Falcon

Gretsch-Bigsby G6 Vibrato

It is perfect for an Arch-top Hollow body because it mounts where the strap bolt is placed at the bottom of the guitar. The finish is perfect. I have used Bigsbys for 47 years so this was a no-brainer. Used with Roller Saddles on the Gretsch bridge base, and combined with a Towner down tension bar for "No" slippage, it is a great choice for my Gretsch Clipper to Nashville project. When this guitar is finished (probably this coming fall) I believe it will be an incredible sounding and looking piece. Dennis

Alternate uses of the Studs

I'm redesigning an old Gretsch Clipper and these studs are being installed to hold a Towner down pressure bar on the body. As I'm using a Hollow-body guitar I have searched the internet for anchors that will have a wider surface placement instead of the standard anchors for Solid-body guitars. This is being used in conjunction with a Bigsby B6G Tremolo and a Archtop Bridge with roller saddles. The Stop-Bar tailpiece studs hold the Towner in place. At this point I haven't used the studs as the anchor I'm going to have to customize does not exist (yet). The studs are fine quality and will do the job for their design nicely. Thank you
