Cleveland Halo Hybrid-3i stiff shaft

I wanted this club because I hadn't yet bought into the hybrid hype, but I wanted to get a few more yards than I was getting out of my 3 iron. Since I'm a big fan of Cleveland products (the only non-Cleveland club in my bag is my putter), I thought I'd try this club. I've only played three rounds with it and used it at the range a couple of other times, so I'm still getting familiar with it. Unfortunately, though, my initial reactions are mixed. It's a great looking club, but my biggest complaint is that it's not very forgiving on mis-hits, especially off the toe. More weight on the toe and heel would help a lot. Nickent has a hybrid that's supposed to be top-notch.

A little lacking...

I'd learned that newer formulations sucked and to look for the bottles with the smaller logo, that's why I was excited to find this one. The price was good and delivery was quick, but the longevity on this one seems to be a little lacking, too....which tells me that the new formulations must REALLY suck...I guess I'll just have to apply more frequently

I wish I could blame my inability to hit the damn thing on anyone but myself! I love the club, but I just gotta learn how to use it! Great transaction...great product.
