Well worth $300 put change the strings right away.
Well worth the $300. Received item 7 days after I ordered it.
First thing I did was tune guitar but I had a lot of trouble with intonation. After trying to intonate I replaced the strings with 10's and it is better intoned now. Neck is a little chunkier than I expected but I do like it. EMG pickup has 4 wires coming out if it so the switch sound options sound a little like a Les Paul - forward is neck, middle is both, back is bridge. I actually like the sound. I owned a Dan Armstrong Reissue in the 90's and the pickup sound was no where near as versatile. I bought this guitar because I did not want to spend $2,000 on a guitar I sold years ago for $400, not spend $5,000 for the real thing. I think I will replace the tuners because I found one of them skipping while tuning so that tells me they are cheap. Overall I think the guitar is well work the $300 plus shipping. Expect to put a little set up into it. I would buy it again.

Perfect for my Fender Custom Shop 56 Relic
Perfect fit to my Fender 56 Custom Shop Relic. I wanted to try some 60's Custom Shop pickups I have without taking apart the existing pickup/pickguard. Perfect. Me likes the eggshell color. Softer looking.

Well worth the price. I really enjoy playing this guitar. And I own some high end guitars too!
4 of 5 found this helpful I own a 2014 Les Paul Standard, a 2016 Les Paul Traditional, a Gibson LP Custom Shop 1957 reissue gold top, a genuine 1957 Les Paul Jr and a PRS Custom 24 ten top. For $349 I thought what the heck.
Well, was I ever pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It sounds great and plays well. I actually like playing this guitar.
I don’t think the pots, switch or jack are as good as USA guitars but that’s a $50-$100 aftermarket upgrade. The neck straight, the body is one piece. the tuners are a bit on the cheap side; one wobbles a little when I tune, but hey so does one on my tuners on my ‘57 LP Jr. that cost me $4,999.
I will probably keep it stock because there really is no compelling reason to fiddle around. It’s good as it is. (I’m shocked how good the pickups sound). Again, I really enjoy playing this guitar!
It only took 2 weeks to arrive by US mail and there was no import duty fees. Bonus!
