Reusable

You can reuse the filters I bought here.... when they get clogged or full just hose them out and they work like new... couldn't do this with the older type because the paper filter would be too worn. Saved a lot of money having a reusable instead of buying them all summer.

It is not effective.

I tried it out and made sure it was on and working. It didn't seem to affect 3 dogs barking within 10 feet of it. I had really hoped it would deter their barking some but it is just not effective. Maybe all the dogs are deaf or something but I wouldn't use this as a dog barking deterrent.
