Very good sound quality at a reasonable price

For a relatively inexpensive lapel mic, this thing sounds very good. I'm very happy with the purchase so far. I shoot wedding videos and I needed a second lapel microphone. So I thought I would give this a try. It is way better than I expected. Very crisp highs and smooth mids. Very good sound quality at a reasonable price.

Expectations exceeded

This turned out to be way better than I expected. I thought because of the lower price (half the price of the B&H version) it would be less than satisfactory. I did not expect it to very sturdy. But... for what I need it for, it does the job. My expectations were exceeded. I am a wedding videographer and I use this boom arm to attach a PCM audio recorder to the DJ's speaker (P.A.) system. It held my recorder in place nicely. It did not loosen up and it did not sway. It's lightweight and it folds and packs away much more compact than the mic stand I used to bring. I like this product.
