  Follow up. He said he would refund. But instead disappeared off eBay. This is a immoral and dishonest seller. I am nearly certain that the item I paid for never existed. The people in this world that think they should just be able to com honest people out of money and give them nothing. That's called stealing no matter how you look at it. Please be weary of this guy. He is very dishonest and is likely doing this to more folks than just me
