Works, just not well
We installed this (with great pain to get it connected to the network properly) and it works, but doesn't respond to the remote more often than it does. Sometimes we have to get up and hold the remote right in front of it and it still doesn't respond well. we have replaced the batteries in the remote and tried multiple remotes - no luck.
When it does respond to the remote, it works reasonably well.

Good, high quality printer at a reasonable price
1 of 1 found this helpful Plugged it in and it works fine. The only drawback is that they don't have a driver for windows 7 (you have to use a generic HP driver).
