Fit problem with the HS-700
Even though the manual for the HS700 camcorder says this battery is OK, the overhang simply won't allow the battery to mount on the camcorder. I cut the plastic away, but it is a procedure not everyone is going to want to do. Once mounted, it provides 5:45:00 record time, but the eye level viewfinder is not usable.

A good long throw light
A well made long throw light that is essential to making a good video from intermediate distances. If you plan on using the full height of the light stand you should add a sand bag to the base and tie the cord to the base to keep the light from being pulled over. Since it is a new light, you need to run it an hour outside to finish drying the paint.

D-alpha is stronger than Dl-alpha
I'm not convinced these are full strength. I could be wrong, but I rely on Vit.E to control heartburn and its not doing the trick.
