Not exactly as shown!
I gave it four stars only because it doesn't have the pull tabs like it shows in the picture. There are NO tabs!! Which of course makes it more difficult to get out when it is time to replace them. BUT I had received them, so I installed them. If anyone has ever changed these filters they know how critical the tabs are.:(
