Sennheiser Wireless Mic & IEM Systems
1 of 1 found this helpful Sennheiser is one of the top of the line manufacturers in wireless systems. I have a touring Gospel group that is currently using 5 Sennheiser wireless mics and 5 Sennheiser wireless in ear monitor systems. I have been using Sennheiser wireless systems since they came out with the EW100 series. They are very durable and stand up to the abuse of tour use. This latest system I purchased on Ebay was to put our new guitarist completely on wireless including wireless in ear monitors so he has freedom to roam the stage when needed. They are very user friendly and the sound quality is far above its competition. I have tried all the different wireless systems on the market and have kept going back to Sennheiser. Even over the best Shure and Audio Technica. In the 7 years plus of using Sennheiser systems I have only had to send on mic in for repairs and it was a minor repair. The on/off switch needed replaced. They turned it around in a week. I started with the G1 series and still have them for backup and currently using the G2 series. Reason for going to the G2 was the battery life using 9 volt and going to AA batteries. We currently get about 5-7 hours of AA battery life verses 3-4 hours life using 9 volt under hard performance use. Sennheiser is the best bang for the buck period and highly recommend using. Sennheiser is your best investment and there is nothing I dislike about their products. Good solid construction and not a bunch of cheep plastic. Our mics and belt packs have been dropped time after time and they still keep working fine with no damage. FYI: I currently own 10ea G1 series wireless mics, 8ea G2 series wireless mics, 4ea G1 series IEM wireless monitor systems and 8ea G2 series IEM wireless monitor systems. All in great working condition.
