Very alert, no jitters. Love it!
Stressful time for me, I hate the taste of coffee, thin but started putting on weight with my Mt Dew. So I looked up caffeine pills, wanted tablet not capsules so I can take the dose I need & not over due it. These are not scored but are very easy to break into halves & quarters. I finally took a hole tablet today & had the best work day. I opted for these so I can designate my Mt Dew calories to ice cream. I actually focus better & had such a great day today at work. Figured why have the caloried, expensive caffeine drink when I can take a caffeine pill. I drink plenty of water. This is paired with some calcium because caffeine depletes calcium. I also take more calcium in my vitamins. If you hate taking pills, these crumble easy when you go to break them, so just place in your bottled water. Very happy with this purchase. I try to work out daily so eliminating calories works for me.
