Herman Miller Aeron Parts
Herman Miller Aeron chairs ROCK! They also tilt, swivel and telescope. The parts are well-made and service is typically unnecessary, but we had one that was badly abused and required parts, which are readily available from dealers, though not directly from the manufacturer. This (in my opinion) makes the chairs an even greater value because while service is typically unnecessary, the option exists, and extends the longevity of the initial investment.

Very high quality bar pin.
The finish of the plating and the quality of the enamel are excellent. Also the pin backings are high quality machined "plunger" style backings rather than the typical cheap stamped metal "pinch" type backings found on many other pins.

Basic tool, comparable to the $30 sets sold elsewhere.
Basic, functional and very comparable to the $30 set sold elsewhere. Quality of manufacture is good and the finish is chrome plated like the more expensive ones, which keeps it rust-free if it's stored away somewhere with only occasional use. If you are a professional mechanic, it does not have rubber-coated grips or is boxed like the $100 set, but for occasional use it is totally functional. I did have an issue with the pre-drilled holes lining up with 2 bolt heads as I believe it should on a BMW 325 E46 w/auto trans, but it's drilled with the same offset as all the others, and grabbing one bolt head is sufficient to break the fan free.
