Fits Remington 742, will hold action open; thin, lightweight sheetmetal
This correctly fits the 742, feeds well, and will hold the action open when the last round ejects which is what I wanted. Moving the lever on the left side forward releases the action, allowing the clip to be removed. Placing the clip into position requires tilting it slightly to engage the front first and then rocking the back up until it latches in place.
Two notes:
a. I do think it is rather thin light-weight sheet metal and recommend gentle handling.
b. It correctly feeds modern pointed ammo (not just rounded tip).

As good as the old Mil-Spec stuff we are used to
Pressed sheet metal and plastic, does exactly what you expect; by keeping fingers from flipping that special switch without a second thought. Especially useful if the function is something like Nitrous Oxide, Erase memory, Ignite, or Self-Destruct. Fits standard size bat-handled toggle switches. NO, it does not make your switch waterproof, but the rest is true.
Note, the anti-rotation tab that fits the groove of your toggle switch is set so a SPST switch will install only in the 'OFF' position. That means the safety cover must be raised to turn the circuit ON. Your choices are to use a double-throw switch or remove the little tab if you need the protected position of the switch to be 'ON'.

A well made and robust case for your S4
This is a replacement for the LifeProof Fre case, which I used for 4 years. By comparison, this case has:
1. more heft, it feels more substantial, rigid, and durable; so the impact resistance is more believable.
2. somewhat better audibility through the water-resistant speaker and microphone enclosures.
3. a better system for accessing the USB and earphone jacks (the Fre broke here repeatedly).
4. better protected windows for camera lenses and IR LEDs.
5. the case seals are very tight, so the phone can't escape - and you will probably want a tool to help open it.
6. the design does not readily lend itself to modification for accessories like a Flir camera.
