Highly recommend
The price on ebay was $80+ less than any store near me. I installed the ceiling fan today. It was 100% brand new & in perfect condition. I researched pitch, distance from ceiling, blade width & length. This ceiling fan fit every recommendation that I read. My kitchen is about 10'×10'. It acts as a vestibule holding the air between livingrm & bdrm at a standstill. This ceiling fan moves so much air it can be felt in both rooms. One on each side of kitchen. I turned my A/C off after running the fan for 10min. Using a ceiling fan vs A/C saves 36% average on electric bill. I am thrilled w/the quality & look of this fan. I definitely would purchase this brand for the larger rooms. The amount of CFM it moves the 24" blades move would be significant even in a 12'×15' room easily. The wiring is a much safer & of higher quality compared to other brands. This fan also has its own stabilizer. Every quality my electric company recommended to me, is found in this ceiling fan.
