Dextrocardia ptient to R/O A. fib vs PACs
1 of 1 found this helpful I have dextrocardia and have been having funny beats. The Kardia single lead is a lead I on a 12 lead ECG. The best lead to ID the dysrhythmia clearer is when there is a good P-wave form IDed on the rhythm strip for my particular concern, which is lead II. The iWatch does not have the flexability I require. I can tailor the lead placement to allow better ID for me (talk to your cardiologist about lead placement). Kardia is a more clinically useful device.
