  New Danbury Mint statue arrived in original package surrounded with packing in a large box. On opening the boxes, the back foot was broken off and still in the plastic package. Shipping took longer than expected, many handling stops between NJ and IL. The foot must have been broken in all the handling of the package. Communication with the seller was positive, he suggested how to repair the statue. He also gave me a $25 credit for any future purchase. I hope to use the credit in the future.

  Sorry to hear statue got broken, why didn't you communicate or simply let me know, thats the problem with you buyers so quick to jump to negative feedback. Would have gladly handled your situation on a 70 dollar purchase. Next time don't be so quick to hurt people just communicate would have gladly help you. And the shipping is the shipping thats exactly what it cost us. Thanks for being pond scum!

  Item arrived as described in listing. I will note that the $25 in shipping was double what the cost of the shipping was and took 10 days to get here after shipping. While not damaged and used sufficient bubble wrap the helmet was put into a box that didn’t fit the item

  The shipping and material to ship a full size helmet far exceeds the 25 dollar shipping. And you add insurance and there you have it. It costs 20-25 dollars to ship any helmet. And we triple bubble wrap it and insure it to make sure you get it safely. And we put double cardboard around every side to make sure there is never a claim.
