Makes you feel like a pizzaiolo
Very thick and heavy. When you preheat it in the oven, it cooks the pizza very well underneath. Pizzas come out looking like they were made at a pizzeria. I recommend buying two of them. I make the pizza on one lined with parchment paper and then slide it on to the other one preheated in the oven. I feel like a professional pizzaiolo.
