Works, but very touchy.

Direct replacement for my old switch that stopped working. Upon first install the dryer wouldn’t start. After I removed it and used a screwdriver to tighten the contacts it seems to work just fine. If I unplug and re-plug to the wall it works just fine 🤷🏻‍♂️
