ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I LOVE THEM.
I suffer from severe cramps and the job I have I am on my feet up to 10 hrs a day. I fill my water bottle with water and 1 tablet and drink till it is empty then during my break I refill it with water and another tablet. when I get home and relax I might get 1 cramp. Before I found these tablets I got very little sleep at night due to having continual cramps ALL night long.

Relief
Within 30 mins of putting the bracelet on the pain in my left hand subsided enough to forget about it AMAZING. My left hand wakes me at about 2am most mornings then I have intermittent sleep because of my left hand until I get up at 5:30 am for work. NOW I SLEEP TILL AT LEAST 5. AMAZING. Best item I've bought for the pain and not DRUGS.
