Worked once and then it was dead.
Bought this brand new and sealed. It worked once and has never worked since. We have tried everything we can with no results.

Disappointed
2 of 3 found this helpful I was very impressed with all the good things I heard about this product - my Jack Lelanne Power Juicer died after several years and this was touted as a "must have". I like the space saving size - that's about it. If I place a whole small apple I find slices in the pulp area. What really disappointed me was the amount of juice/liquid left in the pulp that I cleaned out. My Jack Lelanne left pulp with hardly any moisture at all - so much so I had to really work to get the pulp out. The pulp left in this is extremely moist, which leads me to feel I'm not getting the most out of my veggies and fruits which, I must say, means it affects my pocket book -- that is a no-no.

very pleased
Looks great and hold more than most so doesn't need to be refilled as often. I wish this set came in bronze as well (foaming)
