  This was one of the few things that I bought for myself and (maybe foolishly) wanted to get the Sony lens. I have yet to take a sharper photo with the Sony. You will enjoy it even more after you get used to either holding the weight or get it on a tripod. I appreciate all the back and forth as well. Enjoy it.

  Overall, this purchase experience was positive. The item condition was as-described, shipping cost and time were reasonable. The package arrived with the end of the box broken out and a portion of the headrest protruding. The box and internal packaging was inadequate. Additionally, one of the clamping screws was missing and the other was loose. I recommend more durable packaging and ensure all hardware is secure prior to shipping. The attached photo shows where the missing screw should be.

  I am very sorry to hear that. I am not sure how i could have packed it better. I remember folding cardboard and taping it on the shaft end so it shouldn't break through. I am not doubting your word at all. I just think the package must have been pretty abused. I think if you were to look back on all of our feedback I don't think we have 1 bad feedback, especially relating to shipping. I am sorry I didn't succeed with yours. Thanks for not leaving bad feedback.
