Good as new
4 of 4 found this helpful Bought this as a "Factory Refurbished" model but I cannot tell what they refurbished. It came in a regular box with the words "Factory Refurbished" printed on the outside, but everything in the box looked like new. I opened it up and it was spotless clean and apparently unused. Software download was a snap, print quality is awesome and printing options are plentiful. My only complaint is that it does not have Bluetooth connectivity, you have to use a router to use it as a wireless unit and set it up on your LAN. Oh well, a long USB cord is really fine with me and that is one less set of airwaves in our house. Excellent quality for the $, I paid $75 delivered and am pleased that it is up to date and the best value package I could find.

Works with proper care and can do a good enough job, but it ain't perfect!
This is a knockoff of the original tool and does not work as well, but for the price, it does an acceptable job. While it is "adjustable" it is not as easily adjustable as the original, but with some attention and a little extra work, it will adjust and get to the right places. The edges were not sharp enough when it arrived, but I gave it a few strokes with a file and got the edges sharp enough. If you use this tool, turn it both ways and you will get most of the cake out. For $1.50 delivered from half way around the world, I am not complaining and I think this tool will do a good enough job for many years to come, with careful attention and sharpening. If you are looking for precision cutting and superior ability to hug any bowl shape, find another tool. Chances are you can find one that is near perfect for 10-20 times this price!
