Krups thermal pot, not so great

I bought this because I had a Krups thermal for 10 years prior to this one. This nowhere near as good a product. It keeps coffe hot for about half the time of the old one which was 7 hours. Pouring water into the maker from the pot is difficult. The pot has to be turned almost upside down before all the water is emptied into the maker. Much more complicate timer system as well
