Good coffee takes a certain degree of extra effort.
The product definitely produces a good tasting coffee. For those accustomed to automatic coffee makers, this product may seem slow and labor intensive. My biggest complaint about it is that it requires a certain amount of monitoring once you've started heating the unit. The heat source beneath the unit must be turned off when brewing is completed, of course. And there is no way to know when that happens without being in the same room with the unit so that you can hear when it stops percolating.
