Fusheki Foot Shaker Bracket w/ Maraca

Works well
I was suprised how accurate you can be with the shaker. Probably because the synthetic "beans" are heavy. Nice and loud to get over the top of my big band.

It works
Took it to a rehearsal using a 16" 1960 Ludwig with 1960 Ludwig bass spurs. Had to lower it from the top height so the drum didn't tilt away from it. 55 plus tax plus more money for new custom spurs is too over the top for me, So, I guess I'll settle for not hitting dead center, and will keep using my 1960 spurs. But the thing itself is small. Was assembled bass ackwards when I got it. It was like one of those night club intelligence test mechanical puzzles for a while, but I figured it out. It cracks me up that one of the richest drum companies in the world doesn't know how to write and include directions in their box. Or, that they misassembled mine. Whichever. It's working now, and I'll never have to think about it again because it's sturdy and fits in my auxiliary percussion bag. But, then again, it's rim claws are sharp, and it's probably a danger to my other instruments in the bag. It definitely won't get along with others in there. So, where do I carry it? Being a drummer, you know?
