Worth the money
I got this for under $80 shipped on ebay, and it's worth the money. It's smaller than other smoker grills (that cost almost twice as much) but still has enough room to cook 8 big burgers, plus you can cook another 4 on the side grill. Easy to put together, better quality than you'd expect for the price.

Usable but not the best quality.
If you need the manual to actually use, it's fine. If you want something to show off at car shows, no. The quality isn't great...cover is off-center, cover type is choppy and hard to read, pages look like they were photocopied BUT everything is there and it's readable. And you're probably not going to find an original for anywhere near this price. Just know what you are buying.
