Jarrow Formula has the best-tasting ubiquinol softgels
3 of 3 found this helpful I take this product because numerous research had shown that ubiquinol (a reduced form of coenzyme Q10) is a great antidote to cellular damage due to oxidative stress. It is often recommended for people with heart and kidney ailments. Just google co-enzyme Q10 and renal failure or heart failure to find out more.
For me, it helps me recover much faster from a hard workout, enabling me to hit the gym 5 to 6 days a week.

Intel Pentium 4 2.8 GHz/1M/533 Processor
1 of 1 found this helpful This is probably the best upgrade available for my old Intel PC (Intel Celeron 2.66 GHz/256/533), as the motherboard would only support up to a 533 MHz front side bus. The improvement in performance is quite noticeable.

An OK DDR3 video card
This is an OK DDR3 video card for old computers. A used 1G GDDR5 Dell card might have been a much better deal for a little more money.
