Does balance blood sugar
It does balance blood sugar especially after eating too much sugar and getting the jitters. Stops the glucose crash. Yeast based chromium is the best and easiest for the body to consume. Been taking it since I was 16 and am doing very well health wise at 50!

Cured my arthritis
Blue green algae does do what is written about it. I've been taking it for almost ten years. It took a few months at first but it healed my arthritis and gives me energy that I would normally not have. One must take it before noon or it will make it hard to fall asleep. My nails and hair are thicker and healthier looking, too. Don't stop taking other vitamins just add blue green algae. The arthritis cure makes it worth it! I take two tablets daily. Good luck!

Perfect movie for preschoolers!!
