1st time used, it took 10 hours & less with each use. I find it best to use when I'm done for the day to use it. Plug it in, red light blinks & it begins. It shuts your device down, reboots & asks a couple questions & it works its magic. Once it begins, you cannot use your computer.

GR8T for when my neck flares. The larger size doesn't work for me. Reusable is nice. It only takes 9 ice cubes to be effective. More than that & you risk it leaking.

Smells awesome! Don' tet the name fool you, it is an Earthy scent, not masculine cologne.
