Much better than expected
I watched this after seeing a positive review from a friend on FB. It was very engaging, entertaining, even funny sometimes. A very good movie! And great performances from J-Law and Chris Pratt!

Awesome 80's movie
1 of 1 found this helpful Pretty in Pink is a great 80's movie with lots of heart, laughs, memorable characters. Highly recommended.
Fun fact: Originally they wanted her to get together with Duckie (Jon Cryer) but test audiences wanted her to get together with Blane instead in a "love conquers all" effect. Also she was attracted to Andrew Mccarthy at the time (Blane).

Worth the Price
0 of 1 found this helpful I have had my PSP for 1 1/2 years, and I couldn't be more thrilled. Sony did a terrific job with the PSP. The PSP almost has the power of the PS2. I am a college student, and it's very useful to have when I go home on the weekend and don't feel like packing my PS2.
I like the wide variety of new games to play (nothing against Nintendo, but Sony actually has to make new games for the PSP, not just remakes of old ones). The format of the games, Universal Media Disc or UMD, is very space efficient, and thus the PSP games are longer and have better graphics.
It's nice to be able to buy movies on UMD if you want to - I own Hitch, Donnie Darko, and Terminator 2 on UMD. Once again, the picture and sound quality is outstanding. I also own a 1 gb memory stick, and if I wanted to, I could rip three of my dvd's and put them on the memory stick.
Just to give you a feel for what games are available, here are the games I am playing right now: Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror, Lumines II, and Sega Genesis Collection. Syphon Filter is one of the best games I have ever played for any system. Lumines II is a terrific puzzle game. For those of you who haven't heard of it, think of it like Tetris, only modernized and with new music. The Sega Genesis collection has 28 classic Sega games including Sonic I and II, Phantasy Star II, III, and IV, and Ecco the Dolphin.
Initially, the PSP might be more expensive than the Nintendo DS, but it's worth the extra money. Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror alone is reason enough to buy this system.
