Good, challenging workout
This is a great, low-impact workout that helps with flexibility, strength, and cardio through challenging but fun yoga moves. I like the easy-to-follow flow of all of Jillian Michaels' workout dvds and this one is no exception.

Almost too good
This REALLY works & has been a game changer for my skin care routine! Be careful with the higher settings - use a cream and continually glide the wand around, avoiding leaving it stuck on one spot. if you do, you’ll still get a good pore cleaning, but it will break the blood vessels on your face.
