Fantastic Bath Lift! So Happy!!

After having to give up baths for showers, my mom was very unhappy. With a rheumatic illness that causes joint and muscle pain, she relied on warm baths to help ease her pain. Today she took a bath for the first time in months! She says she feel wonderful! She was able to transfer and operate the hand control independently, despite some moderate cognitive loss. The side flaps on the seat provide a solid surface to transfer - they flatten against the tubs edge. The hand control battery charge lasts for 6 baths, and it recharges in about 4 hours. It has a low battery signal so you don't get stuck, with a dead battery, in the tub. It is made almost completely of plastic which makes it water-resistant, but that causes concern about product longevity. If I have to buy a new one every year, I will. It has made such a huge difference in how my mother feels, while preserving her privacy and dignity.
