The Courageous Follower
Much has been written about leadership and the importance of leaders, but little has been written about followership and the importance of followers. Chaleff does an excellent job describing the role followers play and how to lead the people that follow them. Followers play a tremendous role in the success of firms and have as much responsibility to the firm as do the people who lead them. I would highly recommend this book to both leaders and followers as a means for both to understand the other and the important roles and responsibilities each person has in this important relationship.
