Lives up to the hype
2 of 2 found this helpful I have owned a Fujifilm x100s for a couple of years, now but the new x100f is definitely a significant improvement. The additional features of the camera, such as the 'joystick", the digital tele-converter and the Acros film simulation make using the x100 series a new experience. The location of the "Q" key is problematic. I remedied the problem with a new flip-style thumb rest. Any other type of thumb rest would be annoying. The resolution from the camera is extremely satisfying. This was the primary reason for taking the plunge to upgrade to the x100f. However, I can say honestly that my x100s still holds up to my Leica equipment. Overall, very happy with the purchase.
