Good stuff
These flat cables are a boon if you need to run them across under a carpet or something. I have only ever had one of these fail, but it was over fifty feet long and in use for a long period so it was probably just natural when it finally failed.

Totally awesome
1 of 1 found this helpful Need a cheap 5ghz simultaneous two-band router at home? This is it. Cheap and effective. However, you have to grab a custom firmware if you need it in english. This is not difficult at all though. Just have to remember to then pair it and turn off autoupdating. Although, if you have already configured it you can just make a backup of the router settings. That way you can let it update to the latest firmware and everything will be fine anyway. The App that connects to this works decently and is in english, unlike the router itself, but it is lacking in several options which can only be accessed from the router itself. Other than that, this thing is incredible for the price and works great. The wall penetration mode is excellent for old homes that have mesh-lined walls. Overall this is a great product.

Good Device
This worked perfectly in Windows 7. The included driver installed just fine. As for actually using the device, the included TVR software records just fine. I did not even have to set anything and the audio and video is copied clearly. I would definitely recommend this device.
