This was to replace the (lost) measure that came with my Bar 15 DeLonghi, and in fact does measure the right quantity of ground coffee. Unseen in the photo is that the other side of the handle is ribbed, so it traps the ground coffee and makes a mess if it is stored with the coffee. Thus, we do not.
