Better than Kilz
Goes on thick, but that is what I needed. It was 55 degrees when I painted, next morning it is 18 degrees and snowing heavily. But the paint was dry before it cooled off and its now been 3 days since the storm. No ill effects have shown up.
This stuff covers better than Kilz or Rust o leum. Will buy more next spring.

the sealing rings do not stay inside the...
the sealing rings do not stay inside the cap and thus you have to be watching in case they come out while washing and before reusing the cap. Otherwise, I love these.
