This DVD rocks! While it is fast paced, like many of Richard Simmons' dvds, the music keeps you motivated!!!!

Love Disco? Buy this workout DVD!
This is definitely a must have in the collection of Richard Simmons' workouts! If you are old school (as I am), you remember the 'Disco' era, then you will absolutely love this DVD! Great songs, great workouts, easy to learn routines!!! I'm soooooo glad I bought this!

Great workout!
Richard Simmons' dvd's are all great workouts, even for someone like myself, who is disabled, and does these workouts in a chair! Music is great, and the group is real folks, not models! I highly recommend any and all of Richard Simmons' dvds, especially for someone who hasn't worked out in years! His dvd's are all low impact, and do-able for everyone!!!
