Rare Blue Micron
I had a saved search for Alessis Micron for almost a year without seeing a blue one. Now I'm glad I waited. It's in great shape and the selector knob speeds through options much, much faster than with the older red model. Just getting my feet wet, looking forward to working with it more.

The first time, I bought this by accident...
They were in my fridge from some careless day when I picked them up thinking they were your standard anti-candida supplements. I came back from a Caribbean vacation with a belly that was crampy and just kind of "off" and they helped within a half-day. Irritable bowel from years gone by has recently crept back and I find this stuff helpful with pain and bad gas. A useful supplement and the active ingredient, lacto bulgaricus, can be hard to find. Try it!
