Hard to open base

Base is near to impossible to open for cleaning purposes. I purchased this item for the ease of cleaning and because in the past I have used First Nature hummingbird feeders and their bases were a lot easier to open.

Replaces my old rusted-out microwave

This microwave fits easily under my countertop. I did research before purchasing this item and it had a good rating & the price was a lot lower than my research showed. It is really easy to clean, & is very easy to operate. It came with an instruction book so you don't have to print it out yourself. The only drawbacks that I can come up with is that it keeps beeping, signaling it's done cooking, after you open the door instead of stopping immediately. Also, I wish there was an option that the door could be opened either on the left or right side.
