Rustless.
Simple little item so very useful. Stainless Steel = no rust.

Twice the speed.
Peeling towards you is OK. Peeling away from you is so much faster. Try peeling a carrot away from you. What a delight, when you see how much faster it is, than peeling towards you.
I can't really say much more about a bi-directional peeler, except, try it, you will wonder how you survived without one. Left handers will love it.
