This thing is perfect for the 8s Xmaxx
1 of 1 found this helpful 2 weeks after getting the new 8s Xmaxx the esc went bad and stopped working. So I took a chance and got the max6 esc, and very happy I did. #1 it's smoother with all that power. #2 it's programmable you can set the reverse speed so it's not so fast like the stock esc, you can also adjust the breaking power from soft to harder, and there is other stuff you can adjust. #3 it make the truck a little faster over the stock esc.
