These shoes are in great shape. Couple scuffs but can easily be buffed out. Like new.

Hot water on Demand
I purchased this water heater to use at my cottage, where I have no electricity. First off, it works great. The unit supplies amply hot water at any desired temperature (even too hot if requested) Because I don't have Electricity I had to install a direct current pump to give me enough water pressure to make the unit function properly, that was anticipated and like I said this unit is every bit as advertised. My only concern in the installation was the Propane hook up, it comes with a brass fitting and rubber washer but I had to have a hose made that would attach to the 20 pound tank and also accept the brass fitting supplied. I do not plan on using this unit in the winter months so I will store it at home as directed and hope to get many years of service(and showers) to come.

Excellent Red Sox Cap
I find this 47 Brand hat to be of good quality and fits comfortably. Some hats don't fit down to the ear but this model is made with ample material to fit snug but not too tight. Plus it looks good!!!!
