Great Value - The porcelain finish allow for easy cleaning while the cast iron makes for an even cook.
The cast iron allows for a very even heat when cooking. The porcelain finish allow for easy clean up. The wooden handle is long enough so that you don't need a pad to grab the handle. Great pan. I had pancakes with it this morning. Great value and worth the money.

It cooks a pizza wonderfully. It was every thing I thought it would be.
It cooks a pizza wonderfully. It was every thing I thought it would be. It gets hot just like a brick oven. Don't let your pizza touch the back wall when you insert it or it will burn that section of pizza touching it. You can easily get a 12 inch diameter pizza in it. Great value for the money. The results of a cooked pizza were fantastic.
