After a week of it not being shipped, I sent an email everyday inquiring when the item would shipped with no reply. Finally I had to attempt to cancel the purchase. At that time he gave me shipping information and I received the item as described. More painful than it should have been, but I guess all is well that ends well.

Paul.s new adventure
I can't say much I had the Motor home people install it and they hooked the car up at RV Country in Mesa AZ 2 people checked it we drove away and 1/2 block down the road 1 pin came loose and it smashed my new car around the whole front of the car got ruined as well as the ladder on the rear of the Motorhome
unfortunately the tow bar got ruined as well we are now in Las Vegas and this is the first time we unhooked the car I just hope this time it will stay on.
