Oakley = good stuff
Been a Oakley guy forever, dirt, dust, rain and grasshoppers doing seventy, just the best. Now a little hard to find at the motorcycle shops, Ebay A+.

Voltage regulator
Purchased this regulator for my 88 XR600R I turned into a dirt/street bike a while back and needed to keep the battery pack charged for the CHP requirements. Good quality component but if you are going to use this for charging batteries read close, it's a AC regulator only which is stated below in the description. It keeps the voltage down to 13/14v for light bulbs but does not change the stators output from AC to DC, DC voltage (+ & -) is what you need to charge any wet or rechargeable DC batteries without ruining all your custom work. Not much luck with the combo (reg./rec.) units so choose this item because it looks like a good solid unit for all the bumps and jumps the last one could not take, all.I did extra was wire in a proven epoxy filled rectifier (NTE5322) next to it with some wire shrink wrap to get the juice converted to DC and life is fun for me again.

Video the wild life and sneaky pesky neighbors
Works real good at picking up rabbits and mountains lions and the picture and videos are very clear and colorful. Actually on my second one, we get pretty violent lighting storm in winter and just found out that the electric circuit is not grounded at the box, want to say it's something with the lighting strike closeness (EMP ?) and not being grounded that took out the camera but the movement sensor and lights still worked fine. Bought another one to see if the sited wolfs have made it to this area yet. : (
