Great for one day. Then holes appeared.
This started falling apart within 2 days of use. Sub-par Made In China materials lacking in quality. Lesson learned. Used according to instructions. Basically if you wear it just a little tight (which you need to built up some sweat) it will fall apart.

The directions for sizing are misleading. After 2 purchases, the medium fit, but looks like a jock strap stuck to my face. I’m more of a tighty whites type:)
